By using the services of NextAssist Lauderhill Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

2. Services Provided

NextAssist Lauderhill Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and specific circumstances. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine that the request poses safety risks or falls outside our service capabilities.

3. Pricing and Payment

We provide upfront quotes for our services whenever possible. Final pricing may vary based on factors such as distance, vehicle condition, time of day, and special equipment requirements. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within seven days of receiving the service. Additional fees may apply for storage, after-hours service, or special handling requirements. All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and service needs when requesting assistance. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before transport, as we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to tow the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper documentation is not provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible and safe for our operators to tow.

5. Liability and Insurance

NextAssist Lauderhill Towing carries comprehensive liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost wages, rental car costs, or inconvenience. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our truck has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of dispatch and operator time. We reserve the right to cancel service if conditions are unsafe or if the customer becomes abusive or threatening toward our staff.

7. Storage and Lien Rights

If your vehicle is towed and stored at our facility or a designated storage location, you are responsible for daily storage fees. We have the right to place a lien on your vehicle for unpaid towing and storage charges in accordance with Florida state law. Vehicles left in storage for extended periods may be subject to disposal or auction to recover unpaid fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextAssist Lauderhill Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
